DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day from Midlands UK via Royal Mail (1st class – Signed for). We offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday are dispatched on the next working day (Monday). During busy periods it may take longer to process your order, and please note that UK delivery may be affected over bank holidays.

Brexit Shipping Update 

 We are now able to offer a customs & duties paid shipping service to our European customers, but this means that we have had to implement a £80 minimum spend for orders being shipped to Europe.  

We are working on long-term solution which we are hoping to have in place very soon, but implementing this minimum order value enables us to ensure that our European customers can continue to enjoy Bare Minimum products without worrying about customs charges and other fees being added to their products.   

Covid 19 Update: Throughout this period of uncertainty, we are endeavouring to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that some deliveries may take longer than normal due to the restrictions in place as a result of the pandemic.

Economy International Delivery Service: Please let us know if your package doesn’t arrive within 21 days of placing your order. If your package does not arrive within this time frame, we will then investigate and either and advise you on the next steps.

We’ve extended our policy as we know how tricky it can be to find a product that works well for someone’s skin, so we want to give you the chance to make sure your purchase is right for you or your gift recipient without worrying.

However, if your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know within 14 days to ensure we are able to help with your request. Please contact us through our contact form and let us know your order number and the reason. We will send you out a returns form to send back with your order.
